Pleasant Experience

First time customer here! I am blown away by how seamless and fuss free. Viola was punctual, mindful of hygiene and professional. It was a very pleasant experience and I loved how natural and awesome my lashes looked. I felt no pinching or stinging and it was evident I was in good hands. I highly recommend the house call service. As a working mum, these extra minutes saved from not having to go down to the salon means. the . world.

Rescheuling fee

Didn’t like the $45 rescheduling charge

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we sincerely hope everything is well with your child.

As you're part of our Saver Plan, rescheduling is generally not permitted, and missed appointments are typically forfeited. However, given your circumstances, we made a one-time exception to allow rescheduling rather than forfeiting the session. The $45 reinstatement fee was applied in accordance with our cancellation policy, which states that appointments canceled within four hours of the scheduled time require this fee to restore booking eligibility for the session.

We always strive to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring that we abide by our plan policies within reason. If you’d prefer more flexibility with rescheduling in the future, you may consider upgrading to our Standard Plan, which offers greater booking flexibility.
