Convenience-great! Because I just gave birth and cannot afford to travel to and fro to the salon with breastfeeding baby!
Punctuality-great! She came in 5mins before the appointment time and I liked that I didn’t need to prepare anything except the bed!
Quality- so,so. The lash lift I usually do lifts my lashes so much more so I was a little disappointed that it didn’t lift up as much as I wanted. I also felt a little pain and discomfort in my eyes during the procedure which I have never experienced in other salons I’ve gone to - I gave feedback during the procedure to the beautician.

We're truly sorry to hear that the lash lift result wasn’t quite what you were hoping for, and that you experienced discomfort during the procedure. That’s absolutely not the experience we aim to provide - thank you for bringing it to our attention. We’ve spoken to your Beauty Consultant about this and she mentioned that she had conveyed that the discomfort was caused by the tape at the bottom of the eyes to hold your bottom lashes down during the lift - with sensitive eyes, the tape can sometimes cause discomfort, and we will make a note on your account to avoid using tape in the future.
In terms of the results of your lash lift, could you share a little more about your desired results? We do have a range of silicon pad shapes to achieve different curls - some clients prefer more natural curls and some prefer their lashes more lifted. If you have a photo of what you’d like to achieve, we can definitely assist with that at a future appointment.
