It’s been a disappointing experience. Low quality given the price point. Whole process felt quite rushed at each step. Cuticles were trimmed very minimally. Nails cut uneven and polish not applied well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet your expectations. We've noted your feedback and would greatly appreciate your help to clarify some points of feedback.
Would you be able to share how long the session took? We were advised by your Beauty Consultant that the service took approximately 2 hours which is within range for our nail services. Would greatly appreciate your input on this to ensure that we can continue to improve.
In relation to your feedback on cuticle trimming, our Beauty Consultant trimmed minimally, as she noted that you were in the process of breastfeeding - due to hormonal changes during this period, some clients do experience sensitivity or dry cuticles, as such she had made the decision to trim your cuticles minimally for safety reasons due to the potential risk of bleeding if your cuticles were trimmed too deeply. We apologize if this was not communicated to you prior, and will take note of this point of improvement.
In terms of uneven nail shaping and polish application, would you be able to share more zoomed in images? Based on our records (sent via email), we were not able to spot any specific issues with the mani/pedi completed on the day.
